‘Swan Family’ – Floating down a tributary of the Itchen at Winnall Moors Nature Reserve

Despite the peace in this photo, anyone who’s ever had to deal with a swan family blocking your path will know how defensive Mum and Dad, like any good parent, will be; I didn’t even think about arguing! This was another day when the Winnall Moors swans were more peaceful however, and from a suitable distance I managed to snap this Springtime shot.
